TwitterHere's what I did w/ no previous experience. It's been fun. I use the guys at Home Depot and Lowes to do most of the cutting. It takes about 6 hours to make a piece, over 2 weeks. I'll be making some more and may record the process. I've got it worked out to be pretty simple! If there are a lot of hits on this, I'll record the video.
